What Is Byline / Credit, and Do I Have To Use It?

A byline or credit is the text that can be seen under an image and states who took the photograph and what agency it was purchased from. We recommend the use of byline on all photos, but it is only required when you use editorial images.

If you decide to use a byline, please use it as following:
Photo: photographer's name / yaymicro.com

Or just:
Photo: yaymicro.com

We also recommend that you add a link to yaymicro.com if you use the image online.

If you have any questions, please contact us.
